  • BONUS Conversation with Evan Bourcier: Long Live The Dream
    May 1 2025

This is a very special episode for a multitude of reasons. First, because I usually only record these once a month. Second, because Evan Bourcier is a really cool cat that I met & got to know in a really interesting way.

In this episode we go deep - from the implications of religious trauma, to scaling a business and burning it to the ground (intentionally) and leaning into the goopy transformational aspects of existence.

I love Evan, and this conversation came at an eerily perfect time for me. I hope this episode makes you tilt your head to the side and glance up at the sky for a bit, pondering. I hope you find value, and I hope you use it.

  • Conversations with Jerry Davich - Beyond the Headlines: Life, Death, and Differing Opinions.
    Mar 14 2025

On this month's episode, I sit down with award winning journalist and author Jerry Davich for a raw and honest conversation that goes far beyond his career in journalism. We dive into the challenges of navigating differing opinions in a polarized world, the dangers of staying in our own silos, and how to have meaningful conversations with people we may not agree with. Jerry also opens up about how loss and death have shaped his perspective on life, offering deeply personal reflections on grief, purpose, and what it all means in the end. If you're tired of surface-level conversations and ready to explore the messiness of being human, this one's for you.

Not gonna lie, it was SUPER intimidating to interview THE interviewer - it turned out to be one of the most fun and impactful shows I have done. Do hard and scary things y'all (:

  • Conversations with Amanda Szentesy: Living with invisible illness, advocating for yourself, and staying ZEBRA STRONG!
    Feb 16 2025

Amanda joins me on the show this month to deep dive into the life of the zebra - AKA invisible illness. I have an official diagnosis for a connective tissue disorder called Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS). Amanda shares the same disorder just minus the official diagnosis, so this show really dives deep into the similarities and uniqueness people with chronic illness share.

We touch on all kinds of topics from being super bendy (but somehow also super stiff??), pushing through the pain and usually overdoing it, mental health and its connection to physical health, and the importance of clutter piles in our lives.

1 in 20 people have a rare disease - EDS is one of them, affecting an estimated 1 in 5000. It is also one of the most misunderstood and under-diagnosed disorders and having real conversations about the reality of living with it is a great way to help change that.

I also touch on my Everesting for EDS Fundraiser - I am raising $29,029 for EDS research this year while I prepare for the 29029 Everesting Event in Stratton Vermont this October (DONATE AND FOLLOW HERE!!).

I hope you enjoy this episode - it is one of my personal favorites!
