In this week's episode, Aaron and Kevin have a conversation about what it looks like to use the gifts God has given to us.

This conversation revolves around the Parable of the Talents in Matthew 25:14-30, where Jesus talks about a master who gives different amounts of money to different servants. So, the guys have a conversation about how God has blessed each person with unique kinds of gifts "according to his/her ability."

This is not something that we should worry about or complain about, or find ourselves getting competitive over. God has uniqued gifted each person differently for the particular places and people that he has those people living. Even at the return of Jesus, when everything is made perfect again, there will still be different gifts, abilities, even authority structures. It's just that we'll be content with the arrangement.

So, how do we put those things into practice even now while we wait for Jesus' return?

We're having this discussion because in the parables of Jesus, Jesus speaks about money and possessions almost more than anything else. However, it's not really the possessions that are the problem, but the way that people view these things. Are their hearts captivated by their possessions or by Jesus? What about ours?

In this week's episode, Aaron and Kevin have a conversation about what it looks like to live as the body of Christ with purposeful living. There are many people who are struggling to figure out what the purpose of life is and find themselves floundering on their own.

This conversation is the reminder that as a Christian, you are part of the Body of Christ, and therefore never alone or isolated. But, then as the living Body of Christ, we live with the purpose of Christ. We do not need to find or invent a purpose, we already have one.

What is it? We've been sent into the world with the message of the Gospel for the sake of the whole world.
