En esta edición de Conversando con Luisa por Alive 90.5 FM, tuvimos una conversación profunda e inspiradora con Fabian Artunduaga, artista surrealista contemporáneo nacido en Colombia y radicado en Sídney.

Fabian nos abrió las puertas de su mundo creativo, compartiendo cómo la fotografía, el diseño y la imaginación se fusionan para dar vida a obras que desafían la realidad y despiertan emociones. Conversamos sobre su proceso artístico, la importancia de la curiosidad, el valor de la imperfección y cómo cada una de sus creaciones invita al espectador a encontrar su propia interpretación.

Elvira reflected on her 23-year career in education in Bolivia before migrating to Australia to reunite with her children. She spoke about her involvement with Semillas sin Fronteras, an organisation dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children and families in Bolivia through support for orphanages and community kitchens. Her story highlighted the power of volunteerism and the importance of giving back to those most in need.

The interview also focused on the upcoming charity celebration on 1 August, where guests will enjoy an evening of music, culture and community while helping raise funds for projects in Bolivia. Eliana and Elvira explained how every ticket purchased contributes directly to programs supporting children and families, and acknowledged the generous participation of Los Cumpas and Sabor Boliviano, who have donated their performances to support the cause.

More than promoting an event, this conversation celebrated the values of compassion, generosity and community, reminding us that culture can bring people together and that every act of solidarity has the power to make a lasting difference.
