  • Episode 68 - Calm Confidence Under Pressure | A Guided Hypnosis for Presence & Self-Trust

    This episode is a guided hypnosis session designed to help you stay calm, present, and confident when facing situations that may normally bring nerves or anxiety.

    This session was inspired by my son and his need for a short audio he could take with him on a wrestling trip—something to ground him, build confidence, and help him trust the work he’s already put in. While the original inspiration was personal, this recording has been intentionally adapted so anyone can use it before a challenging moment, performance, competition, or important task.

    Rather than focusing on outcomes, this hypnosis helps you:

    • Stay present instead of panicked

    • Regulate breath and reduce overthinking

    • Trust your preparation and abilities

    • Feel supported—even when you stand alone

    • Walk away with self-respect, clarity, and a sense of mastery, regardless of the result

    This is a body-based, rhythmic hypnosis that builds from calm into quiet strength, helping you access confidence that feels grounded, steady, and real.

    You remain fully in control throughout the entire session.
