  • Are You “The Invisible High Performer”?| Amrita Murkherjee
    Oct 15 2026

You work hard. You deliver results. You solve problems. You step in when projects are struggling.

So why are you still being overlooked?

In Episode #53 of Bounce Back in Business & Life, Frank Zaccari sits down with Amrita Mukherjee, leadership speaker, trainer, executive coach, and creator of SHEvolution, to explore why some of the most talented people in an organization become “Invisible High Performers.”

Amrita spent nearly two decades in technology and global financial services, including leadership roles at Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo, building and leading multi-city, multi-country teams of more than 500 professionals.

Her message is powerful: Your work doesn’t always speak for itself. You have to learn how to communicate its value.

Frank and Amrita discuss the difference between simply being busy and creating measurable impact. Instead of saying, “Look how hard I worked,” learn to show decision-makers what your work actually accomplished.

Did you save the company money? Increase revenue? Improve efficiency? Reduce risk? Solve a critical customer problem?

Put a value on your contribution.

They also explore an even deeper challenge: What happens when your career becomes your identity?

Your title is something you have.
Your job is something you do.
Neither one defines who you are.

Amrita shares why she stepped away from corporate life and began asking a different question: What do I want people to remember me for? That reflection ultimately helped inspire SHEvolution, her program designed to help women strengthen communication, influence, visibility, connection, and leadership while defining success on their own terms.

    In this episode, you'll discover:

    • Why great work alone may not get you recognized
    • How to communicate your accomplishments without feeling like you're bragging
    • Why you should measure impact, not just effort
    • How to create a personal “value scoreboard”
    • Why mentors can be critical to career growth
    • How fear of judgment can keep talented people invisible
    • Why boundaries matter before your career consumes your identity
    • How to build a career without losing the person behind the title

Your company may know your title. Your résumé may list your accomplishments. Your paycheck may assign a dollar value to your position. But none of those things define you.

Do great work. Measure it. Communicate its value. Build your career.

But never lose yourself in the process.

  • Will Your Rocking Chair Test Be Regret or Satisfied Memories? | Bob Campana
    Oct 8 2026

Someday, you may find yourself sitting in a rocking chair looking back on your life.

What will you see, regrets and “if onlys,” or a lifetime of satisfied memories?

In Episode #52 of Bounce Back in Business & Life, Frank Zaccari sits down with entrepreneur, author, restaurateur, real estate developer, and pilot Bob Campana for a powerful conversation about taking chances, recognizing opportunities, surviving failure, and creating a life worth remembering.

Bob has spent decades building businesses and pursuing experiences most people only dream about. His journey has included tremendous successes, costly setbacks, unexpected opportunities, and even surviving a helicopter crash.

Through it all, one principle has helped guide his decisions: The Rocking Chair Test.

Before allowing fear, comfort, or uncertainty to stop you, ask yourself:

When I look back on this moment someday, will I be glad I tried, or will I wish I had?

Frank and Bob explore why failure and regret are not the same thing, why listening can be more powerful than selling, how successful entrepreneurs turn customer dreams into experiences, and why Bob's definition of success has shifted from money to relationships, experiences, and memories.

Because life doesn't move in a straight line. There will be risks that don't work, people who disappoint us, businesses that struggle, and opportunities we almost miss.

The question is whether we participate in life, or simply watch it go by.

Life is a participation sport, not a spectator sport.

When your rocking chair day eventually comes, what do you want to say?

    “I'm glad I tried.”

    Or…

    “I wish I had.”

  • I Know I Need Help, But I Can’t Afford It | Jacob Roig
    Oct 1 2026

“I know I need help, but I can’t afford it.”

It’s one of the most common, and dangerous, phrases entrepreneurs, speakers, coaches, consultants, and small business owners tell themselves.

But what if the real problem isn’t that you can’t afford help?

What if your pricing, mindset, and business model are actually preventing you from affording the help you need to grow?

In this episode of Bounce Back in Business & Life, Frank Zaccari sits down with Jacob Roig to challenge the way entrepreneurs think about pricing, profitability, hiring, and growth.

Jacob believes pricing isn’t simply a numbers issue, it’s an identity issue. Too many entrepreneurs undercharge because they don’t fully recognize or confidently communicate the value they deliver.

The result? They work harder, do everything themselves, hesitate to hire qualified people, and eventually become the biggest obstacle to their own growth.

Frank and Jacob discuss how to break that cycle and why pricing should be viewed as a strategic growth tool, not simply what you charge.

    They explore:

    • Why underpricing is often connected to confidence and self-worth.
    • The difference between trying to be chosen and becoming undeniable.
    • Why copying what competitors charge can be a costly mistake.
    • How pricing should cover expenses, your compensation, taxes, and profit.
    • Why hiring cheap help can actually cost you more.
    • How to build the cost of future growth into your pricing today.
    • Why entrepreneurs must stop asking, “How can I do this?” and start asking, “Who can help me do this?”
    • Why successful business owners eventually build systems where great work happens without them.

Jacob leaves listeners with one powerful message:

Pricing is a growth tool. It’s not just about what you charge, it’s about what can set you free.

If you know you need help but keep telling yourself, “I can’t afford it,” this conversation may change the way you look at your business.

The question may not be whether you can afford to get help.

The better question may be: How long can you afford to keep doing everything yourself?

Getting stuck is inevitable. Staying stuck is a choice.

  • Aging Sucks, So What Are You Going to Do About It?
    Sep 24 2026

Getting older is inevitable. Feeling old may not be.

In this episode of Bounce Back in Business & Life, Frank Zaccari sits down with retired Navy Captain, author, researcher, and longevity expert Red O’Laughlin to challenge some of the assumptions we make about aging.

Red has spent years researching health, wellness, aging, and longevity. His latest book, Aging Sucks, asks an important question: How much of what we experience as we age is truly inevitable, and how much can be influenced by the choices we make every day?

Red explains the important difference between getting older and getting old and shares his “Goldilocks Zone”, finding the right balance of nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and lifestyle habits that can help us remain active and independent.

In this episode, Frank and Red discuss:

    • Why aging doesn't automatically mean declining health and energy
    • The daily habits that can influence how we age
    • Why managing stress becomes increasingly important
    • The critical role of quality sleep and recovery
    • Nutrition and portion control as we get older
    • Why it is never too late to change unhealthy habits
    • Simple actions we can begin taking today

Perhaps the biggest takeaway is this:

We can't stop aging, but that doesn't mean we're powerless.

The goal isn't simply to live longer. It's to give ourselves the best opportunity to remain active, engaged, independent, and purposeful for as long as possible.

Aging is inevitable. Giving up isn't.

  • Stop Living by Default — Start Living by Design | CJ Stasik
    Sep 16 2026

Have you built a life that looks successful on the outside, but doesn’t feel right on the inside?

You checked the boxes. Built the career. Took care of the family. Became the dependable one, the person everyone turns to.

But somewhere along the way, did you become the default person for everything and everyone except yourself?

In Episode #49 of Bounce Back in Business & Life, Frank Zaccari sits down with CJ Stasik, author, keynote speaker, mindset coach, founder of SheHandles It, and former CEO, for a powerful conversation about breaking free from the invisible scripts that quietly shape our lives.

CJ challenges the traditional definition of burnout. Burnout isn’t always about how much you’re carrying, it may be about carrying too much that no longer aligns with who you are.

    They explore:

    • Why just because you can do something doesn’t mean you should
    • How to conduct a “Load Audit”, identifying what energizes you versus what drains you
    • Why being dependable can turn you into the default person
    • How boundaries teach others how to engage with you
    • The “invisible scripts” passed down through family, culture, school, and society
    • Why a midlife awakening doesn’t have to become a midlife crisis
    • How to move from Recognize → Realign → Rebuild
    • Why the better question may not be “What’s wrong with me?” but “What’s next for me?”

CJ reminds us that you can be grateful for the life you've built and still want something different. Wanting to evolve doesn't erase how far you've come.

Success shouldn’t just look good from the outside. It should feel good on the inside.

Maybe it’s time to stop surviving the life you were conditioned to build—and start intentionally designing the life you actually want.

  • Stop Focusing on What We Can’t Do, Focus on What We Can Accomplish
    Sep 10 2026

What if one of the biggest things holding us back, in our schools, workplaces, communities, and even our country, is how much time we spend talking about what we can’t do instead of taking responsibility for what we can accomplish?

In Episode #48 of Bounce Back in Business & Life, Frank Zaccari sits down with Dr. Shileste Overton Morris, an internationally recognized leader in education, belonging, school climate, and youth development. She serves as Chief Programs Officer at Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit and Director of the Center for Schools and Communities.

This conversation goes far beyond education.

Frank and Dr. Morris explore how we create environments where people feel seen, valued, connected, and capable of succeeding, and why small human interactions can sometimes have a greater impact than another program, policy, or initiative.

    In this episode, you'll discover:

    • Why belonging starts with small moments. Sometimes 10 or 30 seconds of genuine interest can tell someone, “I see you as a person, not simply for what you produce.”
    • When conflict becomes bullying. Dr. Morris explains the critical difference: intentional harm, repetition over time, and an imbalance of power.
    • Why cyberbullying has changed everything. Technology means harassment no longer necessarily ends when a student leaves school, it can follow them home, throughout the weekend, and around the clock.
    • Why listening must come before blaming. Whether someone is being bullied or doing the bullying, understanding what is actually happening is the first step toward changing behavior.
    • Why we're preparing young people for jobs that may not exist yet. Critical thinking, problem-solving, confidence, human connection, and decision-making may become more important than simply mastering today's technical skills.
    • Why technology, including AI, is a tool, not a substitute for human judgment. As Dr. Morris says, “the future is still human.” Context, relationships, observation, and critical thinking remain essential.

Perhaps the most important takeaway is this:

We can't keep asking why people behave the way they do without examining the environments and examples we create around them.

As Dr. Morris explains, adults are responsible for creating conditions where bullying is less likely to occur. Real change isn't simply stopping individual incidents, it's changing the culture and social norms that allow destructive behavior to continue.

Instead of spending all our energy criticizing what's broken, what if we focused that energy on what we can actually change?

    That's where progress begins.

  • Leaving a Legacy That Matters | The Human Room
    Sep 3 2026

I had the privilege of being the featured speaker in The Human Room with Dr. Summer Watson, founder of the Human Forward Movement, for a meaningful conversation about leadership, legacy, purpose, and the power of listening.

One of the questions that stayed with me was:

“Did you make them believe they mattered?”

If the answer is yes, then you’ve lived a life of significance.

During our conversation, I shared why I believe leadership is a choice, why listening is one of the most powerful ways we can lead, and why our legacy isn’t simply about what we accumulate. It’s about what we activate in others.

We also talked about the unexpected detours life brings us and how those moments can often lead to our greatest “aha” moments.

I’m grateful to Dr. Summer Watson and The Human Room for creating a space where we can have honest conversations about putting people first and leading with purpose.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • Leadership as a choice
    • The power of truly listening to others
    • Finding purpose in business and life
    • Creating a legacy through the people we impact
    • Turning life’s detours into opportunities for growth

Thank you, Dr. Summer Watson, for the opportunity to share my story and perspective. I hope this conversation inspires you to think about the legacy you’re creating and, most importantly, how you make people feel along the way.

  • Responsible Citizenship: Building Stronger Communities Through Service
    Aug 27 2026

    Guest: Chip Webster

Author of Unity in Service: A Pathway to Responsible Citizenship

What if strengthening our communities started with one simple decision—to get involved?

In this thought-provoking episode, Frank Zaccari welcomes mentor, strategic consultant, and author Chip Webster for an important conversation about responsible citizenship, rebuilding trust, and the power of service.

Rather than focusing on political parties, Chip challenges us to look inward and ask what each of us can do to create stronger neighborhoods, healthier communities, and a more united nation. Together, Frank and Chip explore why meaningful conversations, volunteering, leadership, and civic engagement matter now more than ever.

Drawing on decades of leadership experience, Chip shares practical ideas for restoring trust, bridging divides, mentoring the next generation, and putting community ahead of conflict. Frank also reflects on lessons from his own military service and leadership journey, reinforcing the idea that lasting change begins with individual responsibility.

    In this episode you'll discover:

    • Why responsible citizenship extends far beyond voting.
    • How service builds stronger communities and stronger people.
    • The importance of trust as the foundation of healthy relationships and democracy.
    • Why meaningful conversations are the antidote to division.
    • How leaders can model civic responsibility inside and outside the workplace.
    • Simple actions that create a ripple effect of kindness and connection.
    • Why putting nation ahead of party begins with each of us.

    As Chip reminds us:

"Healthy communities don't happen by accident. They're built by people who choose to get involved."

If you're looking for hope, practical ideas, and inspiration to make a positive difference where you live and work, this conversation is for you.
