Talent needs nurturing. Performance skills need practice. Each month - more or less - Boulder hosts an Open Mic for local residents, as well as a few others who lope over the mountain or snake through the canyon, to share their creativity and showcase their work.
It's brave to put your passion and inspiration up on the stage! The Boulder Open Mic, or "The Bom" for short, aims to give local musicians, poets, jokers, and storytellers a chance to hone their craft and entertain the supportive and appreciative audience of townsfolk.
So sit back and enjoy first timers all the way through to seasoned performers who come out to put up works-in-progress and finished pieces. Maybe you too will be inspired to be "Boulder Than Ever!"
