Whitby Town's joint-manager Lee Bullock joins Paul Connolly to talk about his career in the game, including spells with York City, Cardiff City, Hartlepool United and Bradford City, as well as his seven years to date with Whitby Town in a number of different roles. 

Whitby Town legend Paul Sharkey joins Paul Connolly to discuss his ten years with the club. He talks stretcher rides ending painfully, Tony Lee's approach to management, the Blues' famous FA Trophy run, and being part of the first-ever Whitby Town squad to win the Northern League in 1993. He also picks he 1-11. 

Alex Gildea sits down to catch up with Paul Connolly about his playing career. The former Whitby Town midfielder reflects on his time with the Seasiders, including talking about that FA Cup goal against Plymouth, the subsequent "green as grass" Match of the Day interview and back-to-back play-off defeats. He also looks back at his time with both Scarborough and Blyth Spartans, winning the Northern Premier League at Croft Park and the FA Cup run that culminated in then-Premier League Blackburn Rovers edging out the Spartans in the third round. Gildea also picks his 1 to 11 of players played with. 

Whitby Town cult hero Jamie Clarke joins Paul Connolly to talk about a career in the non-league game spanning twenty years. Clarke talks about his army days playing in countries like Belize and Hong Kong, going pro briefly with St Johnstone, before embarking on a career in the Northern League. After his Northern League days, the striker joined Whitby Town, scoring a number of vital goals to keep the Seasiders in the Northern Premier League. In the later days of his career, Clarke won two World Cups with the England Veterans team, before relocating to Atlanta, GA. He also picks the 1-11 of players he played with.

Whitby Town legend Andy Toman reflects on his love for the club, after the years he spent at the Turnbull Ground - a spell that saw him win the FA Vase at Wembley, along with back-to-back promotions. He also reflects on the difficulties he faced with managers and at clubs across his career, including an ill-fated spell at Scarborough. Toman discusses getting to the Football League as a Lincoln City player, and returning there with Hartlepool United, Darlington and Scunthorpe United. 

Andy Monkhouse joins Paul Connolly and Daniel Kendall for the second part of his extended interview looking back over his playing career. In part 2, he discusses back-to-back promotions from the National League with Bristol Rovers and Grimsby Town, before a switch to part-time football, with Alfreton in the National League North. Monkhouse reflects on the difficulties of balancing a player/assistant manager role, and reflects on his time at Whitby Town, Ossett United and Tadcaster Albion. He also picks the Best XI of players he's played with over his years in the game.
