In this chapter I investigate the internal and external barriers to walking the 8fold path to lay the foundation for our investigation of Effective Understanding, Effective Communication and Effective Action. i lay out insights learnt from cognitive science and sociological paradigms to help us organize and move into the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.
