Welcome back! This episode focuses on our first endpoint: communication. As we explore what endpoints will result in successful future pharmacists our first stop is communication and how being an extrovert or introvert and thinking or feeling type (MBTI categories) will impact how you might express communication and ways that you can grow. As pharmacists our roles will require high degrees of communication no matter the practice setting so join us as we look deeper into communication. After all, communication is key!
