Born and raised in Edmonton, Kurtis has never been one to have grand long term plans. A multiple time college dropout, he preferred working or travelling to academics. When it came time to buckle down and become an 'adult' he worked at a bank...then discovering how the world really works did what many young males in Alberta did in the mid aughts, went to work in Fort McMurray (as an untrained accountant). After 7 years of that, and with a young family, he decided that was not what he wanted to do with the rest of his life, and opted to purchase a Massage Addict franchise. 3 years and 1 pandemic later, he is the largest Massage Addict franchisee in the country with locations in Edmonton, Winnipeg, and Ottawa.

Thomas Ryan is an established expert on cyber & physical security, specializing in red team operations, application and supply chain security, information operations & personal protection. During his military and post-military career, his precision focus has been on offensive and defensive security operations and their application within public and private organizations.

In 2010 Thomas gained global notoriety for his research known as “The Robin Sage Experiment.” His research focused on the dangers and threats of social media. Robin Sage Experiment's concepts are currently being taught at 28 universities in their cybersecurity and homeland security programs. It has also been referenced in 100’s security research papers and is now used in many red teams and intelligence collection operations. Starting as a labourer during the summer in high school, Mick Graham has always believed that construction was his calling. From working as a framing carpenter to building with heavy timbers to managing multiple multi-family sites for production builders, Mick's experience is vast and varied. Mick Graham started Singletree Builders in 2012 because he realized that many of Edmonton's mature neighbourhoods needed rejuvenation. Over the years he has discovered the challenges of negotiating the City's complicated and frustrating zoning bylaws and of managing neighbours who don't necessarily welcome new construction on their street. He joined the Infill Development in Edmonton Association (IDEA) to help the City create better legislation in order to make mature neighbourhoods healthier and more diverse. Mick has recently joined Hibco Construction as the General Manager of their Residential Division. It’s a perfect fit because the Hibco team shares the same attitudes toward customer service, quality and city building.

Formerly a Registered Nurse and Healthcare Executive, Kristen Edmiston is all about engaging people's heads AND hearts. Her professional career has taken her from the front line to the board room and now into a thrilling rollercoaster ride as a multiple business owner and entrepreneur. Kristen is the Owner of K. Edmiston & Associates Inc. (KEA Consulting) - a business and management consulting firm in Edmonton that works with clients in both the public and private sectors; specializing in ‘Strategy Partnership’ and small business advising/coaching, workshops and meeting facilitation, and corporate speaking engagements. She also works with larger teams and executives to support their needs with strategic planning, leadership coaching, change management, and workplace culture.

Kristen is also the jewelry designer and owner of Kemba Designs Inc. and is the Co-Founder of "A Circle of Angels", a-pay-it-forward project that she and her sister launched in 2015. Through the sales of their handmade crystal angel charms, they have donated thousands of dollars to various charities in Canada and also spread love, hope, and kindness in the through random acts of kindness in the community. Throughout all her personal and professional pursuits, Kristen is passionate about helping others follow their joy and recognize the value of the journey, not just the destination.
