We are so thrilled to have Mr. Ronnie Dee join us! Ronnie bought Old South Pittsburg Hospital in 2018 and Harriman Hospital in 2021. OSPH was voted Tennesse's most haunted location, with Harriman Hospital coming in 3rd! Ronnie will give us backstage access to ask questions most of us within the field are wanting to know! What does it take to run a haunted location? Were there any legalities to jump through to run investigations out of the locations? How do you configure rental pricing?
