Just before war broke out between Russia and Ukraine, Andrew Pratt had an alarming realization: The senior leadership in his organization, Siemens, was receiving intelligence from different departments, which was not always aligned.

In this episode of Back to Source, Andrew - who is currently serving as Situation and Intelligence Analysis (SIA) Team Deputy and Senior Analyst at Siemens AG - discusses the steps they took to break down internal silos, and increase communication and coordination between different teams.
