    This series plans to focus in on resilience and so we kick off by discussing the publication of Pat's new book, "Holistic Leadership, Resilience, whole life lessons from the 3rd sector".
    The book, published in December and based on Pat's three year doctoral studies, focuses on the importance of considering all aspects of life for resilience in leadership. It also explores the concept of resilience in the third sector, the importance of having a supportive network, and the need for leaders to be adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
