Today and every day we should give thanks. To all the struggles, setbacks, valleys, wins, celebrations and successes. I am thankful for it all! This episode is one of my proudest moments. When you say, "You can't do what she does" do you know the real meaning behind your words? It's amazing to me the narrative we can come up with in our own lives when we are led by fear. Fear of...you fill in the blank. It's so easy to deflect onto others, but it's our own excuses and jealousy that hurts us in the end. We have work to do so let's dive in!

Self Improvement is often overlooked and honestly I think that is the missing link for many people. For us to grow as individuals and to truly live the lives we want, it is essential that we work on ourselves. You can't expect to complain your way to different results if you are unwilling to do the work to overcome barriers and roadblocks that have kept you in the exact same spot that you are in. Showing up for yourself takes commitment, it takes bravery and it takes being incredibly mindful of what you let in and out of your mind. It's being intentional with the new story you are telling yourself and most importantly it is choosing to love yourself through it all!
