Carla Cross has made a difference in this area through the real estate industry. Her company, Cross Management Services, helps commercial real estate projects meet their diversity and inclusion goals.

Over the last 20 years, she’s worked on projects such as the Fiserv Forum, Lambeau Field, Harley-Davidson Museum, and many more.

In 1987, Ralph Bruno made the first version of the Cheesehead hat out of his mom’s sofa cushion. His idea would quickly become a staple for Wisconsinites and Green Bay Packer fans around the world.

Bruno started a company named Foamation, Inc. soon after his first mold. For over 32 years, they’ve made foam-oriented products that are sold in all 50 states and in over 30 countries.
