What happens when Archie spots something he doesn't normally see? An open gate!

Curiosity gets the better of him, and Archie decides to have a little look beyond the garden without Granny Kath or his lead. One interesting smell leads to another, and before he knows it, Archie doesn't recognise where he is or know which way will take him home.

As Granny Kath searches everywhere for her little Westie, Archie begins to realise that exploring on his own isn't nearly as exciting as he'd imagined.

Feeling frightened and confused, Archie stops rushing around, takes a breath and pays attention to the familiar sights, sounds and smells around him. Can they help him find his way back to Granny Kath?

A reassuring, screen-free bedtime story about curiosity, feeling lost, staying calm when you're worried and discovering that sometimes the very best part of an adventure is coming home.

Archie is off to the football club with Granny Kath, where there are lots of people, lots of excitement and one VERY loud whistle!

While Granny Kath sells tickets, Archie does his best to be a helpful little Westie. Then it's time to watch the match. But when the referee suddenly blows the whistle, Archie gets a fright.

With Granny Kath beside him, Archie stops, takes a breath and realises that the loud noise has already passed. The next time the whistle blows, it doesn't seem quite so scary.

A fun, screen-free bedtime story about coping with loud noises and busy places, staying close to someone you trust and discovering that sometimes things feel less frightening once we understand what they are.

Perfect for little listeners who can find unfamiliar sounds, crowds or busy places a little overwhelming.

Join Archie the Westie on a morning adventure through the forest, where there are so many new sights, sounds and smells to discover.

As Archie explores beneath the trees, he meets rabbits, spots a deer watching from the woodland, hears a woodpecker tapping high above and even comes across a fox. There are bumblebees buzzing, other dogs to say hello to and plenty of interesting smells for a curious little Westie to investigate.

But amongst all the excitement, Archie discovers something else too: how lovely it can be to stop, listen and notice the world around you.

A calming, screen-free story with a pause for a mindful moment, perfect for helping little listeners slow down, use their imaginations and settle before bedtime.
