We're starting to roll again now. Adam came back for a follow up conversation about what's going on with his life, how he's dealt with loss and a tough up bringing. We got to talk about growing up together and shared some silly stories, had a few laughs and a few tears.

I'm so grateful for my oldest friend... oh and language warning! We tried to keep it clean but some expletives slipped out.

Phil came on the show to talk about his life up to and as a Police Officer and TaekwanDo Instructor at Grasshoppers Martial Arts. We talked about mental health and his open journey to self improvement that he has been on following his separation earlier in 2023.

We went on some tangeants but through sheer force of will and determination, we kept on subject fairly well!

Thank you to Phil for taking the time to share your story. I had a lot of fun and hope we can do another one some day in the near future!

We're back! It's been a long while and Logan Meadows wanted to come on and talk about the recent changes in college soccer rules that any family or player may find useful.

We talk about the five for five rule and how considering a Gap Year might be a good idea for a young player instead of going into college soccer straight out of high school.
