Juliana Peres Magalhaes is key to the prosecution’s case, but there are sure to be fireworks later today when the defense begins its cross examination of Magalhaes.

68-year-old Emmy award winning actor Timothy Busfield surrendered to law enforcement in New Mexico, following reports U.S. Marshalls were involved in trying to arrest him on child sexual abuse charges. Busfield posted a video before he turned himself in, vehemently denying he did anything wrong, and hoping he’d be “out soon.”

The chairman of the House Oversight Committee, Rep. James Comer is threatening Contempt of Congress charges against former President Bill Clinton and Secretary Hillary Clinton for refusing to testify in the Epstein investigation. The Clintons accused Comer of pursuing a process “to result in our imprisonment.” The couple sent a personal letter to Comer today after their attorneys alerted him that neither of the Clintons would be testifying today and tomorrow, despite their congressional subpoenas.
