There is always new beginnings in Spring.

They come with anxiety, frustration, joy, and surprise. Change is hard. Even harder with the remnants of a global pandemic, raising teens, supply chain issues (that will get worse). It's hard y'all.

It's time though....time to lean into the uncomfortable. Lean into 'good trouble'. Lean into love.

Breathing deep. Doing our best to use our inside voices.

The door is flung open. It's time to walk through it.

When all the signs are there....present and accounted for and we choose to see or not see them. I love signs, the moments, the lense to see or feel people we miss, a blip to remind you that the patg is right or might need a course correction.

There is nothing more amazing, intense, overwhelming than gratitude. It is the well that I pull from when everything is good and sideways. It widens my heart and keeps me focused in a dreamy way.

When one decides....makes the choice to rise into love, walk through the door of it all....you do not do it alone. One brings to the walk a lifetime of.....all the things. Happiness, grief, heartbreak, joy, missing....so much, so many things. This is as it is.

So this Love Letter, it is one to myself, to my Love, to my children and his children, my Beloved's....to everyone who has made that choice to risk their heart or who is still at the threshold guarding their heart . You have my love. I am quietly cheering for your heart.
