Our whiskey tonight comes from Pinhook Bourbon out of Kentucky and distilled, aged, blended and bottled by Castle & Key Distillery This bottle was the Vertical Series Bourbon War, a mash of 75% corn, 20.5% rye and 4.5% malted barley bottled at 104 proof.
