I am sharing this one again to remind myself and others that life is a marathon, not a sprint. We often want to get things done quickly and see progress happen fast, especially when we have a clear vision of where we want to be; but the small steps in the journey matter too. Small steps help us to carry others along, make sure we are looking after other aspects of our lives and build character that sustains us in the 'promised land'. It is the end of January and it can be easy to start feeling low about things that might not have had a great start this year.
