    For a long time, I reassured myself that I had moved past those experiences, convincing myself I was unaffected. Yet, the truth is that pain and trauma lingered with me for 58 years, casting shadows over my sense of calm and happiness.

    Despite everything, I felt guided by God. Eventually, I found my way back to my origins, embarking on a journey of transformation and genuine healing. By finally committing to deep inner work, I'm making sure that the latter part of my life will be far better than its beginning.
