Hello Beautiful Soul Sisters, forgiveness is something we need yet don't know it. With the new year quickly approaching its time to create a new practice centered around forgiveness.

I know it can sound strange and something that is impossible, but its not. I have learned as a mama of three that I have forgive myself everyday. And the days I forget or don't make time it weight on me and I am short fused and being a terrible mom.

I open my heart to yours and if you are not in a space where you think you can forgive yourself, I give you full permission that its time to forgive you.

For childhood we have been fed images of women who look a certain way and when we look into the mirror and don't see that way replicated we get the message there is something wrong with us. I am here to help you shift the way you think about yourself, I am here to support you in nurturing and loving yourself the way you need to be loved.

Our body image of being skinny isn't serving us, its time to shift to ask ourselves what would healthy look and feel like?

I am right here with you.
