• Two Things Can Be True At Once
    Jun 23 2026

In this episode, I explore one of the biggest mindset shifts I've learned over the last few years: that two things can be true at once.

You can deeply want something to change and still enjoy your life today. You can be grateful and disappointed, hopeful and frustrated, excited and scared. Using my own experience of infertility, motherhood, and the tendency we all have to postpone happiness until the next milestone, I talk about how I stopped putting my life on hold and started living again.

If you've ever found yourself saying, "I'll be happy when...", this episode is for you.

  • Pulling Myself Out of a Rut
    May 19 2026

Episode 2 is a little late because life, illness and motherhood completely took over. After a horrendous week of sickness bugs, tonsillitis and feeling very sorry for myself, I found myself thinking about what actually helps me pull myself out of a rut.

I talk about the idea from The One Thing, and how sometimes, instead of trying to fix everything at once, we need to focus on the one thing that will help us feel a little better. For me this week, that was raising my vibration, not in a forced “good vibes only” way, but by remembering the tools that help me feel lighter, calmer and more like myself again.

This episode is about low weeks, losing your footing, and gently coming back to yourself one small shift at a time.

  • 4 years later...
    Apr 21 2026

Four years ago, I started this podcast in the middle of a really difficult time… and then I disappeared.

In this episode, I’m sharing why.

At that point, I’d already been trying for a baby for three years and had hit burnout. I was doing everything I could to feel better, but underneath it all, I was struggling more than I wanted to admit. Not long after my last episode, everything changed. I left my job, started a new one, began IVF, and within weeks, I was pregnant. It all happened so quickly that I chose to step away and process it privately. This episode isn’t just about what happened next — it’s about everything that came before. The burnout, the rebuilding, and the quiet work no one sees. I’m coming back from a very different place, and this podcast is now about navigating the in-between — building a life that feels good now, even while you’re still waiting.

If that’s where you are, you’re not alone.

  • Face your limiting beliefs
    Jun 21 2022

I had a revelation this week! I came face to face with a narrative i've been telling myself my whole life, which has impacted how i've acted around people and dictated actions I've taken for YEARS - I'm talking like 15 years. I've no idea where this story came from, or when I started telling it to myself, but through realising what it is, I've been able to process it, accept it, thank it and choose again. I'm now on a path to create a new story, a more positive story, the story that brings the life I want to life.

This episode is a bit of a ramble, it's quite fertility focused (mainly because that's what my limiting belief is around) but hopefully it will help you come face-to-face with that blockage or limiting story you've been telling yourself.

Follow me on @wingingit_pod - tell me about your limiting beliefs and what you're doing to choose again!! x

  • A little help from your 10 year old self
    Jun 11 2022

In today's podcast I was inspired by a quote from the 'One Thing' by Gary Keller...

"If we're not careful, we wind up ricocheting from achieving and acquiring to acquiring and achieving without ever taking time to fully enjoy any of it".

    I FEEL SEEN

And so in today's podcast, I explore how this has been the story and cycle in my life, and I look to my 10 year old self for a bit of help in breaking this cycle - just continuing my journey to be present in the present and appreciate what I have.

If you are stuck in this "what's next? What's next? What's next?" cycle, give it a listen.

Let me know what you think x

  • Getting some help from the universe
    Jun 4 2022
In this week's episode look at my experience with the law of attraction and how it's really helped me to not feel the weight of the world on my shoulder. I talk about the risk that comes with it, such as toxic positivity, and how I use some of the practises I've learned in The Magic and applied to some tricky situations! Some day soon I'll talk about some of the cool things that I've manifested. Hope you enjoy x

  • Nothing Changes If Nothing Changes
    May 29 2022

This podcast episode is inspired by an instagram post that actually sums up beautifully a lot of the information I've been reading in my search for being present in the present. I've always enjoyed changes - a different hairstyle, job, house, postcode in London - but when I looked a little deeper during the work I've been doing on myself, I actually realised I was making a lot of the same changes and falling continuously into a cycle. In this podcast I reflect on a decision I've made very recently in relation to my job and work/life balance in the hope to break this cycle.

Hope it's not a big ramble. Enjoy x

  • Tell me what you want, what you really really want
    May 21 2022

As with anything, setting out goals and understanding what it is you actually want, helps you to define if you're succeeding or getting anywhere. It also helps you to identify what you don't want and what you need to move away from. Recently I've been reading a lot of books about understanding what success is in your life, and how to go about finding your life's purpose - which, for me, was a great place to start when I was questioning everything about the decisions I'd made in life!!

So this episode explores some of the things I've been doing to discover what it is I actually want and what it is that actually will make me happy in the now.

    Enjoy x
