• Conviction Part 3: What Changes When Conviction Is Restored
    Jan 20 2026

In this episode, we look at what changes in your business when conviction is restored. We talk about how selling starts to feel easier, why trust builds faster, and what shifts when you’re grounded again in your offer, your ideal client, and in the role you play.

Growth changes things, your audience, your offer, the role you play, but getting re-anchored and resold and making sure everything is aligned for your new direction moving forward is what brings confidence and ease back into selling.

  • Conviction Part 2: The Three Places Where Conviction Breaks Down
    Jan 20 2026

In this episode, we looked at the three places conviction most often starts to weaken: around your offer, your audience, and your value.

We talked about how selling can feel harder when the way you talk about your offer hasn’t caught up to what it actually delivers now, when you’re not fully sure who it’s really for, or when you’re not fully anchored in the role you play in the transformation.

  • Conviction Part 1: Why Selling Starts to Feel Harder
    Jan 20 2026

In this episode, I give a high level overview of why selling and marketing your offers can start to feel harder or heavier than it should. I talk about how it’s usually not because you’ve lost confidence or from a lack of skill, but typically it’s because something has shifted as your business has grown.

So instead of trying to solve this problem by doing more or showing up more, take some time to pause and reconnect with and resell yourself on your offer. Consider where you need to re-anchor yourself: why you’re doing what you’re doing, who your offer is for, what outcome it delivers.
