Das Buch und sein Inhalt ist grundsätzlich gut, wobei es mir zum Teil zu sehr an der Oberfläche bleibt und Themen zu oft wiederholt. Was für mich gar nicht funktioniert hat, war die Sprecherin (viel zu schnell) und die Aufnahmequalität
