Wonderful book, not the typical self-help book but actually based on science of psyotheraphie. Good as a listen, but will also get the book as a hardcover to revisit different topics. The free PDF is super useful also to practice what you learned.

Ganz egal, ob als Ergänzung zur Therapie oder einfach aus Interesse, das Buch spricht jeden an,der sich für mentale Gesundheit begeistert und sich selbst und andere besser verstehen will.
Sehr informativ und gut gegliedert geschrieben. Ich konnte viele Tipps für meinen Alltag mitnehmen.
