Understanding Sustained Happiness takes you on a journey deep into yourself. The culmination of nine years of understanding and experience has been poured into this book in a genuine hope that it will profoundly change the way you look at and experience life.

Whilst this has been categorized as self-help, self-care, happiness, and self-love, it is really more than that.

I say this not because they are my words and I am stuck in my ego, but because all of this has been put to the test by countless numbers of people, including myself, and I could not help but share this as a combination of understanding and personal experience that I have gained through the years.

Every time I stray away from these principles, for whatever reason, life becomes frustrating and hard. Over time, I have recognized this and learned how to stay in this knowledge to allow it to grow in me, and I hope you can learn from my mistakes and allow it to grow within you, as well.

The reason I say "Happiness is not a pursuit" is because it's an unravelling of your mind to reveal what is already here and quite alive within you. The only way you will be able to understand what I am trying to point at is by experiencing it for yourself.
