Ferrante writes with a depth of observation that uncovers connections that we didn’t know we had.They ring so very true it’s like looking at a portrait drawn of an unknown person which you know is a perfect likeness. I have read most of her books and I am always amazed at the way she dissects the complexities of the mind and our memories, succeeding in using them in the narrating of outstanding stories.
