Juliette Contzen is a lazy, good-for-nothing princess.

Overshadowed by her siblings, she's left with little to do but nap, read, and occasionally cut the falling raindrops with her sword. Spotted one day by an astonished adventurer, he insists on grading Juliette's swordsmanship, then promptly has a mental breakdown at the result.

Soon after, Juliette is given the news that her kingdom is on the brink of bankruptcy. At the threat of being married off, the lazy princess vows to do whatever it takes to maintain her current lifestyle. Taking matters into her own hands, she escapes in the middle of the night in order to restore her kingdom's finances.

I have listened to many audio books (almost 150), all about fantasy and LitRpg. Most books take a few hours before the story really gets going. Unfortunately, this point is missing from the audio book. The story has no point where you think: yes, now it starts. Even worse: the main character is a stupid, spoiled princess who doesn't develop at all in the audio book and all problems are solved with a magic sword. You get wet - sword. You don't see. Glowing sword... It's a shame, I had promised myself more and I won't get any more parts.

ich musste mehrfach laut loslachen, was meine Kollegen mit besorgten blicken quiterten
diese Geschichte nimmt sich selbst nicht ernst und ist äußerst leichte Kost
die Dialoge sind commidiantisch und unsere Heldin ist mehr als weltfremd
Finger weg für jeden ,der DARK fanaty oder lotr erwartet
für jeden anderen der den Humor versteht, ein wahrer Schmaus für die Ohren, denn auch die Sprecherin macht einen sensationellen Job

freue mich schon auf den zweiten Teil

I really like the story but the title length is too short, if each were double in length I would have bought all. Unfortunately, since they are so short, it wont buy another.
