The Ricotta Dynasty is a gripping tale of love and intrigue set against the backdrop of the Italian mafia's hidden control over Las Vegas. Ricky Ricotta is the highly skilled pit boss at the Pompilius Palace, known for his charm and ability to get any woman he desires. But beneath his glamorous exterior lies a dark reality—he is the secret mob boss of Las Vegas, running the city from behind the scenes.
As Ricky struggles to balance his loveless marriage and the pressure to choose an heir to his empire, he meets Tessa Evans, a single parent working at the hotel's front desk. Tessa has always despised the mafia for personal reasons, but she finds herself drawn to Ricky's charisma.
