All the fugitives of Halebury have one thing in common and that is that they are all from the city of Fakertown. Fakertown has been a haven for criminals. It must be taken down.

Calvin and Peter are called to carry out this special order of closing the city and sending its citizens with clean records to another place. The duo soon realizes that there is a lot more to Fakertown than its bad reputation.

Sometimes, giving others a second chance might pay off in the long run. But what is at stake exactly? Who can lead this city that has been overrun by criminals toward a brighter future?
