The different narrators work so well together, I usually stay away from a book if the narration is split up, but this was perfect. I just wish I would know who spoke whom, because I absolutely love the narrator of Liv. I wasn't a huge fan of Joshua Manning, but I generally think that female narrators tend to be better, as they seem to be able to voice all genders and ages. The story is not what I expected from the summary, it was quite surprising, but very interesting. The end was a bit too quick and "happy". I think that the story is to complex to be wrapped up the way Cooke did it and found myself a bit disappointed. It felt too much, as if the author had lost interest and simply "made do". But the story was so rich, that I do not want to dock a star for the end.

On my quest for haunting stories I found this one and it was everything I wanted but also more. Now it’s not some story you can listen to while doing other stuff but I recommend sitting down with it and a nice tea.
