One if not the best fantasy saga of our time. It is more like multiple character studies taking place in a grand fantasy story than just a plain fantasy plot. Deeper and more emotional than LotR, better written than TtT. Start with the first book, you have 10 fantastic ones to go. The ending is very satisfying, too.
