The gradual descent of the aging James Kallor, as his children peaked mightily and dispersed from his home, is chronicled here in intimate detail, without the embellishment of historical refinement.
In the humble town of Alderich, where nothing much happens, the two daughters and one son of Mr. and Mrs. Kallor find themselves branching out—as adulthood hits them—into the fascinating world of temptation and savagery surrounding their region. The newly married Garth fights off maturity, while Bailey lives wildly with her fiancé Bruce; and Abigail is plunged into a fugitive lifestyle, after a crucial date with Remington goes sideways. Experience the epic tale of the bizarre, supernatural madness that swept over the legendary Kallor family in the late 19th century.
From Rob Ryan, author of the novels: Pigheaded, Moonstruck Desperadoes, Erland and Clementine; and of the comic book: Riders of The Sun, #1.
