Ein Bibelstudium über Ruhe und Jesu vollendete Werk am Kreuz würde reichen. Es wird so gut wie nichts gelehrt. Neben den Bibelversen fand ich nur gut, dass wir den Ball an unserer Seite behalten müssen und nie aus Angst beten sollen. Sprecherin langsam (aber gut). Da ich auf interessantes Material wartete, habe ich es auf 2,5x Schnelle gehört. Höchstens interessant für jemanden, der im charismatischen Kreis Fürbitte tut und dabei Stress erfährt. (Was mir bei 'spiritual warfare' aber eher logisch erscheint - und von dieser Art von Gebet, kam nach meinem Sinne viel zu viel dran. Gebet wovon man oft die Früchte nicht sieht. Wohl aber von Gebet wobei man näher an die Bibel betet und dran bleibt). Mir fehlte außerdem viel praktische Information (und wie gesagt gab es kaum Zeugnisse von der Auswirkung von Gebet).
