In the new novel in the acclaimed Code of War series by Jim Roberts, the war between Joe Braddock and the massive private military company, Olympus, has just taken a dramatic turn...
Having gone AWOL from the Peacemakers months ago, Joe Braddock has been waging a private war against Olympus, the cruel private military bent on gaining control over war itself. Tormented by the loss of his only love, Braddock will stop at nothing to eradicate all vestiges of Olympus power. But with much of its Centurion army in the grips of the mysterious Stream Withdrawal, Olympus, for the first time in its existence, is facing total collapse. Their ace-in-the-hole is a massive super weapon known only as the Hammer of Mars - a weapon capable of launching devastating drone strikes anywhere on the planet.
Into all of this, Titus, the man Braddock has sworn to kill, returns at the head of a massive army known as the Forsaken and presses forward in a single-minded quest to regain control of Olympus - and hunt down Joe once and for all.
The battle of the Code of War burns bright hot in this sixth book, which takes place directly after the novella, War Dog.
