Die Story ist unterkomplex und zu schwarz/weiß. An anderen Büchern von Bacigalupi mochte ich gerade, dass es selten klare Helden gibt. Aber hier war ihm die politische Message wohl wichtiger als eine gute Geschichte.

Leider das bisher schlechteste Buch von Bacigalupi
