Esther's life isn’t perfect (whose is?) – but she’s happy enough living in her little flat with her boyfriend, Josh. But that’s about to change. Bored at work, she wishes that something, anything, would happen to liven her life up. Unfortunately, her wish comes true when Josh calls her from the airport to tell her he’s going to work in a bar in Spain, and she’s not invited, Esther is devastated, and her unhappiness is compounded when she discovers she can actually view the bar via a webcam link and watch him chatting up other girls. But when she inadvertently clicks on a link to another webcam which shows a pretty cottage and the hunky man who lives in it, her interest is piqued and she wishes she could get to know him. Wishes don’t really come true, though – do they...? Blumen & Zierpflanzen Frauenliteratur Gartenarbeit & Gartenbau Liebeskomödie

I enjoyed this story and it was easy listening, despite the two or three cringe moments where the protagonists acted like petulant teens. However, I enjoyed the unique set-up of the storyline and found the 'twists' to the story entertaining. The voice actor is wonderful and really lovely to listen to.

Enjoyable

One would think, these kind of chances only happen in fiction, well no, events and opportunities like mentioned in this story are very close to real life, I can tell! Cute story! Lovely accent! Thank you! I can only recommend it!

fiction? no! reality!

I enjoyed the story and liked the characters, but it felt a bit rushed especially towards the ending, that made it not very believable, hence -1 star. But it has been a cute story and short.

interesting

Die Story fängt witzig an, hat einige gute Ideen, lässt aber ab der Mitte deutlich nach und wird platt. Die "Verwicklungen" sind so albern, ja kindisch, dass man sich am Ende nur noch durchquält. Schade! Die SprecherInnen machen ihren Job jedoch gut.

Netter Anfang, triviale Ende

this was the difference between a great author and like this a nice story teller.
