Easy to follow business story with relevance

Simple to understand, yet highly relevant advice on how business can achieve more by genuinely caring about others. The author keeps a good balance between a rich story with good examples and illustrating his ideas. A plus is definitely that the author himself is narrating the audiobook, something that is not often the case anymore.
