Christopher Lane is great narrator. I had feelig like I am listening to some great novell like Dune. He kept the topic captivating all the time.
The content of the book is great, clear amd crisp and listener can admire strategies and principles which applies not only to IoT industry.
I lerned about the book fron Chris Sinclair's show and I really recommend the book for IoT managers and leaders.

Inspiring and captivating

Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es in ein paar Minuten noch einmal.
Wir wissen alle, dass Amazon erfolgreich ist. Viel mehr Information beinhaltetet dieses Hörbuch nicht. Hier sind extrem viele leadership principles auf abstrakttestem Niveau gelistet. Überspitztes Beispiel:

1. be customer obsessed
2. improve customers lives
3. build a platform
4. implement iot
5. profit

dabei wird auf das Thema iot leider überhaupt gar nicht eingegangen, von einer Wikipedia-Definition Mal abgesehen.
Es geht die ganze Zeit nur darum, was Amazon toll gemacht hat und was der Autor schönes erreicht hat, indem er die Market Places aufgebaut hat, in sich immer wiederholenden Iterationen, in denen man jedes Produkt von Amazon erklärt bekommt.

Dabei sind zwei Dinge auffällig:
- Der Autor scheint selbst nicht zu wissen was IoT genau ist
- Der Sprecher könnte eine Text to Speech engine sein. Langweiliger kann man unmöglich vortragen.

Haltet euch von diesem Buch fern, außer ihr wollt unendliche Lobtiraden auf Amazon und Jeff Besos.
