Über diesen Titel

A short, angst-free novella that occurs in the months after Hunsford. Darcy, realizing his mistakes, confesses his misdeeds to Bingley earlier, even before Elizabeth has the chance to visit Pemberley. As a result, Bingley returns to Hertfordshire in June, while Darcy retreats to Pemberley to reflect on his actions.

Meanwhile, Elizabeth, who has discovered her love for Darcy, writes a heartfelt letter expressing her newfound feelings. However, she unintentionally loses the letter, which she had intended not to post, but just as a way to express what she felt.

Unexpectedly, Bingley stumbles upon the misplaced letter and, assuming it was Elizabeth's intention to have him deliver it, promptly sends it to Darcy. Although Bingley is aware that there has been a disagreement between Darcy and Elizabeth, he remains unaware of the details.

Upon receiving the letter, Darcy is filled with a mix of emotions and promptly makes his way to Hertfordshire to seek clarification and resolve their misunderstandings.

This is a short novella of around 25,000 words and is written with minimal angst, ensuring that our dear couple, Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet, ultimately find their happily ever after.

This is a short story starting a few weeks after Darcy’s proposal at Rosings and based on a letter Elisabeth writes while coping with the final event at Huntsford.
Darcy and Elisabeth are very sweet, her and his family behave as bad or good as one could imagine and I feel the Autor is in the characteristics of the fictional characters not off the mark.
The narrator is good, good accent, only Darcy’s voice isn’t satisfying. I always thought he would fall asleep in the next moment. But aside from that I have no complaints.
This is a clear commendation.

A short,sweet, enjoyable P&P Story

It is a little bit too cheesy for my taste but yet a nice entertainment. Also I cannot accept any hints of marital relations between Elisabeth and Darcy in P & P variations. Absolutely unnecessary, There are countless ‚modern’ regency romance stories that are full of explicit things that make me yawn with all their hilarious exaggeration. In anything based on Jane Austen’s work I find them absolutely inappropriate ☺️

A bit too cheesy for me
