Ursula Pastors and Anthony Moliere are top-flight academics in their respective fields. They arrive at a new university campus to wide acclaim, but they share a deep, dark secret—they are both vampires. Although Anthony is committed to Ursula, he transgresses the cardinal rule of vampire academics—he falls in love with his graduate student. The affair ends when Jessica becomes pregnant.
