The trust both men built, in themselves and each other, allows them to be open about their feelings and their pasts. Beautiful.
The narrator is not really my cup of tea, but I like thepace of the story and want to know how everything unfolds.
I also enjoy their friends and (chosen) families, who have real personalities.
