However, if, like me, you aren't a fan of the "fluff" that comes along with most books and would much rather skip to the nuggets of wisdom and actionable content in a very easily absorbed, enjoyable way including key takeaways - then I believe this is the book for you.

If you skip to the 80% point of each chapter you can read/hear the "key takeaways".
It really only takes 50 minutes. No pleasure to listen to (too short for this purpose!)
BUT short, "to the point" and very informative. Be sure to be missing a lot of stories
and probably not important insights Duckworth gives in the original, but for this purpose
you can read/listen the NINE TIMES LONGER original from Angela Duckworth. good luck
with that one! ;-)
