When I, a lesbian, love a story that has some heterosexuality in it, then be assured that the story is damn good!!!! It is so good I'm even typing a review here!! Really, if you like some scifi/fantasy a la Neil Gaiman, exploration of strange worlds or video games with riddles, this book is for you! Love the development of the relationship between the MC and the predominant divine entity, it's also a coming of age story and Alison Kimble sprinkles in some horror elements, too! Also I quite liked the ending, it is satisfying yet also establishes a good foundation for a promising sequel! Definitely gonna buy the next book when it comes out!
