After their safe return to Texas, both Trigger and Gillian are excited to find out if their instant chemistry can survive the real world. Neither realizing that someone isn’t happy with the outcome of the hijacking, and is watching, waiting, for a second chance to strike.
Shielding Gillian is the first book in the Delta Team Two series. Each book is a stand-alone, with no cliffhanger endings.

New series
Reminds me just a little of Wolf and Caroline in the Seal of Protection series, though this is a whole different story. Trigger and Gillian literally hit it of when they meet at her being rescued by His team from a hijacking. Trigger being overly protective and also a little unsure about what to do and Gilly who's been alone for almost all her adult life. It's quite entertaining how the two of them make their way towards a wonderful future - but there's still a lot of danger and the threat no one is seeing coming their way. A great start of a new series that perfectly fits into Susan's writing style.
Virginia Rose did a very good job narrating this story and made it a masterpiece.

loved it
what a great start to susans new delta two series. i loved it beginning till end the characters ware fun and perferct for one another they just clicked as if they ware puzzle pieces ment to fit together. i enjoyed every bit of suspence though i must confess i knew petty fast who the bad "guy" was but that didnt take away from my enjoyment at all. so if you love romace hot guys strong heroins or susans books this is a must have fore you collection it sure is one for mine.
