I like Alice as a writer/blogger/gardener/person, I just can't finish this audio book and have to return it. Partly because there are passages sounding as if a navigation system voice over reads this book. I find it highly disturbing to suddenly listen to a computer voice and then back to Fiona Hamptons voice. And partly because I can hardly follow this story of a mid 20 heart ache combined with horticultural knowledge. I don't know what I'd expected and I'm really sorry, but I just can't keep on listening...
