John Wolfe works for a secret organization tasked with eliminating the monsters who slip through the justice system. When the law fails and the evidence isn't enough, Wolfe becomes judge, jury, and executioner.
His latest assignment leads him to a remote motel and a sadistic killer hiding behind the role of innkeeper. Local police believe the man is responsible for several brutal murders, but the evidence is only circumstantial.
