I’d already read „Paladin and Necromancer“ in print. When I learned it was also published as an audiobook I was more than excited. Ryan Pierson’s voice perfectly captures the essence of the story whether it’s Silver’s smoky tone or Kassanders sarcastic narration. I was hooked.
It’s a fantastic audiobook that kept me company on my way to work or while tidying up.
The story itself is wonderful. Anyone who loves well developed, colorful characters, a realistic portrayal of a marriage (maybe falling apart) and a thoughtful depiction of disability in a collapsing fantasy world should definitely pick up „Paladin and Necromancer“.

Perfect narrator for a great fantasy story!
